Who
is this program for?
This program is designed for boys and girls age 8 through
16. No previous experience is required - just an interest
in learning.
Participants
should be able to swim on their own, as well as getting into
and out of a small boat, scramble around the shoreline rocks,
etc.

The
course includes:
- Personalized
instruction with a maximum of three other participants.
- Equipment
use for the week.
- Minimum
of three days fishing from the boat (weather permitting).

ABOUT
THE INSTRUCTOR:
Wayne
Frieden has fished the local waters recreationally and professionally
for the over 25 years. He is a school psychologist for the
Duxbury Public Schools and has 35 years of experience in education
with students in grades k - 12. For the past 11 seasons, he
has operated Reel Dream Charters, a fly and light tackle fishing
guide service in Boston Harbor. Captain Wayne is an Orvis
Endorsed Fly Fishing Guide and licensed Coast Guard Captain.
His backgrounds in education and fly fishing, and knowledge
of area waters, make a solid foundation for leading this program.
