Fishing is in full swing!

I’ve been busy lately and have been remiss about posting a report. Word is: there are plenty of schoolies in the harbor and typical to find top water feeds every day. Bigger fish have been caught outside and they are also moving into the harbor; well at least small keepers in the 30” range are being caught and released on fly and light tackle. The fish have been feeding on herring, silversides, mackerel, and I heard rumors about ponies too. (for those anglers who enjoy going to the dark side :). Bottom line, it’s been fun! Hopefully, the weather Gods will be kind to us this season and the stripers will continue cooperating. I’m also looking forward to bluefish and hope they’ll make a better show than last season. Man, that was dismal. I never landed a blue…:(

Be well! Fish on!
